nbtstat is part of TCP/IP in windows/sbs.
What happens if you open a command prompt and type nbtstat -n?
What IP address does it show in the bottom part of the message window?
See http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;Q315259 about
two-thirds of the way down to see how to work out the IP address shown in
hex at 0028.
You won't necessarily see duplicate names (it's not a duplicate IP address;
it is a duplicate name) because the second machine to try to get that
netbios name won't be allowed to have it - it probably won't even load
TCP/IP properly.
It is quite likely to be a group name if you have more than one DC. Are you
sure that all the workstations and printers have unique names and that there
are no users or shares with the same name as a computer? Are you sure that
netbt (aka file and print sharing) is not running on the external NIC of
your SBS and that the external NIC does not have a binding for WINS client?
Also check WINS for out-of-date entries and Initiate Scavenging of old
entries on WINS database. Restart computer browser service on machine with
IP address in error message.
