Shadow.. .probably not.
Are you aware of "offer remote assistance"? I believe it requires XP on the
client, but does offer the ability for two people to be looking at the same
desktop, it's drawback is to my knowledge it does require client user
acknowledgement.
Other option is FREE VNC http://www.realvnc.com
