RE: SBS2K3 SP1 - ISA2000 to ISA2004 Upgrade Issues

Hi Crina,

Yes, I strictly followed the document, I cancelled the setup before
completing the CEICW so the install of ISA2004 did not take place.

When I ran the install from the menu screen of CD3 of the SBS2K3 SP1 CDs it
failed because it could not find the install keys. I then ran the set-up
program from the command line so I could specify the install keys which it
accepted. But from that point onwards there were NO options presented to me
other than the CEICW starting up.

I did not feel comforable with this as it did not report doing any kind of
installlion or configuration backup prior to starting the Wizzard, this does
NOT follow the documented procedure. Even you state that the CEICW wizzard
should run AFTER the install completes.

Prior to starting the upgrade I backuped up the config of the ISA2K server
and ranr the ISA2004 upgrade wizzard to obtain the XML file, I would have
expected the ISA2004 ptogram to have done this are part of the upgrade. Plese
see the ISA2004 install log details below:
