RE: SBS2K3 SP1 - ISA2000 to ISA2004 Upgrade Issues

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

Hello again Crina,

I read the article you listed before I posted the message, in all the of the
Docs I have read (4 or 5) from different sources it does not cover what
happened when I tried the upgrade.

Are you saying that it is normal for the ICW to run as soon as the install
starts?
Assuming it is "normal" do I have to import the XML file created by the
ISA2004 upgrade wizard after it finishes?

It is not a problem to create a certificate for the web services, it is just
not one of the steps listed in the SBS SP1 CD docs.

Do other configuration scripts run automatically after the install and
re-boot?

Is the upgrade worth the effort?
