I have read through all the log files you just sent to me. I found the
following error information:
[09/20/05,21:58:16] Server Tools: [2] BCreateProcess of DUpdate.exe failed
with error [3]!.
[09/20/05,21:58:16] Server Tools: [2] RunOMADUpdate() failed with error
[80070003]
[09/20/05,21:58:53] Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 (Service Pack 1): [2]
Error applying Outlook SP1 MSP file to AIP
(E:\ClientApps\Office2003_SP1\OFFICE2003_SP1.MSP/E:\CLIENT~1\outlook2003\OUT
LS11.msi), (1642)
[09/20/05,21:59:12] Server Configuration: [2] Failed to Create the Company
DL public folder
Please check whether you have all client application package installed,
please refer to the following steps:
1. Click Start, click Control Panel, and then click Add or Remove Programs.
2. Select Windows Small Business Server 2003 and then click Change/Remove.
The Setup Wizard appears.
3. Click Next to start the wizard.
4. On the Windows Configuration page, click Next.
5. On the Component Selection page, Expand Server Tools and expand Client
Deployment.
7. Make sure Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 is in the status of installed.
I suggest you that post back to our Newsgroup. So the other customers who
read the newsgroups regularly can either share their knowledge or learn
from your interaction with us.
