Yes, we can do that on SBS2003 with ISA 2000 installed. If you use a
Dynamic DNS solution for your SBS server with ISA installed, a hardware
router in front of your SBS server is recommended.
After running the CEICW wizard, the ISA incoming web listener will be
configured to use the external NIC IP address. However, if the DNS service
is dynamic and the IP address changed, you may need to manually reconfigure
the incoming web listener on the ISA at every time the IP address is
changed. Otherwise, ISA will block incoming web request.
