Re: Backup wizard & Monitor wizard error

HI Simon.

Thanks for updates.

Let us focus on the backup and monitor components first, the issue you
encountered should be the Dll files corrupt. I think you should reinstall
the backup and monitor components to make sure it have been successfully
installed. If you have already double check it, please send the following
log files to me for further research:

Navigate to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Windows Small Business
Server\Support then please send the
Backupwizard.log and mcw.log to me. (v-chayan@xxxxxxxxxxxxx)

For the IIS websites issue, could you rerun CEICW to make sure that the IIS
websites is configure correctly, you can first run iisreset on the command
line as a try.

As you have encountered no other warning or error event, please refer to
the KB article below:

http://support.microsoft.com/?id=823159

837285 Users may receive a "503 Service Unavailable" error message in
Exchange

I appreciate your understanding on this issue; please feel free to post
back. It's my pleasure to be of assistance.
