Migrate SBS to W2K3

Hello,
I have seen some posts about this, and want to clarify a process I have in
mind:
We have an SBS2K Premium server we want to change into a W2K3 Standard
server (not SBS). We are nearing the 75 limit of devices that SBS2K3 would
offer, so we just want to move straight to W2K3. We don't need SQL and the
Exchange database is small. It is almost twice the price to use the SBS
Premium Transition Pack. So, we want to purchase new retail copies and Open
Licenses of W2K3 and Exchange2K3.
Here's what I want to do:
A. Keep the user accounts (we don't care about the passwords)
B. Keep the computer accounts
C. Keep the existing domain name
D. Retain Exchange e-mail
Questions:
1. We have new server hardware. Can I set up W2K3 on the new hardware and
use the Active Directory Migration Wizard to copy the user and computer
accounts from SBS2K to W2K3? Will this would accomplish items A & B above? I
know that I cannot use the same domain name when using the migration wizard,
so does the ADMT work with an existing SBS2K server even though SBS does not
support trusts?
2. If the answer to item 1 is "yes", then after I am done with a successful
migration, can I change the domain back to the original domain name? This
would accomplish item C in the list above.
3. Before turning off the SBS2K server, I would use EXMERGE (I think) to
export all mail into PST files. Then, I would install Exchange on the new
W2K3 server and import those PST's into Exchange. This would accomplish item
D above.
I would appreciate some articles and advice on this.
Thanks,
David
