For your description, I understand that you encountered a network access
issue. For your symptom, I also think that you need rerun CEICW to ensure
configure network connection properly. Please strictly follow the Microsoft
KB article to configure.

For the file server is Windows 95, which is not supported by Microsoft
currently. I suggest that you upgrade the box to Windows 2000, XP or later.
Then try to test to see if the issue happens again. The network access issue
may caused by this.
