Hello Jonyskids,
Thank you for posting to the SBS Newsgroup.
I understand that you want to know achieve users to log on SharePoint Site
automatically when they log on their workstations. If I have misunderstood
your concern, please let me know.
I have performed a lot of research, unfortunately, there is no native way to
implement on SBS 2K3 server. The link you applied is Sharepoint Portal
Server, and Sharepoint Portal Server (SPS) is not SBS 2K3 Server components.
SBS 2K3 Server has Sharepoint Service not Portal Server.
I suggest you that contact the Sharepoint Portal Server Newsgroup for
dedicate support.
This inquiry would best be posted to the
microsoft.public.sharepoint.portalserver Newsgroup. The reason why we
recommend posting appropriately is you will get the most qualified pool of
respondents, and other customers who read the newsgroups regularly can
either share their knowledge or learn from your interaction with us.
The installation of Sharepoint Portal Server is not supported on a system if
any of the following programs or technologies are installed:
- Microsoft Exchange Server (any version)
- Microsoft Site Server (any version)
- SharePoint Team Services from Microsoft
- Microsoft Office Server Extensions
- Microsoft Windows 2000 Cluster Service
- Microsoft Project Server 2002 and Microsoft Project Server 2003
- Microsoft Windows Small Business Server 2003
For detail information, please see:
List of software installation requirements for SharePoint Portal Server 2003
and programs that cannot coexist with SharePoint Portal Server 2003

Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
Brandy Nee
