Thank you for your response and apologies for the typing error. I have an
issue with one of my eyes.

Yes, I have SBS2003 Premium and I installed SP1 a couple of months ago with
no error messages. It was some time later that I tried to access the company
web and got error 403. (It had been working just fine before the SP1 was
added). So, my issue was now: "Installed SBS 2K3 Premium SP1 successfully,
but cannot access
Companyweb."

I then went through the process of uninstalling sharepoint and reinstalling
- as I outlined in my posting.

I will post you all the files you mentioned and look forward to your advice.
