Cannot log on to CompanyWeb

I am unable to log on to the companyweb site. It comes up and requests
authentication and will not accept any logins, even the domain
administrator. I've run CEICW, and have checked other settings, but (as a
newbie), I'm at a loss for what to do, or even what additional information
you need.
