I understand that you want to install the RSS on the WSS. If I have
misunderstood your concern, please let me know.
I am sorry that in we do not support RSS in SBS Public Newsgroup. I suggest
you that contact the product vendor for dedicate support. You also can post
your issue in the microsoft.public.sharepoint.teamservices Newsgroup, and
see whether there are any customers or MVP can share their experience on
using this product.
The reason why we recommend posting appropriately is you will get the most
qualified pool of respondents, and other customers who read the newsgroups
regularly can either share their knowledge or learn from your interaction
with us.
