Thanks for your post.
If you are using the POP3 connector to receive the emails, this situation
will occur if you configured the administrator's mailbox to receive the
undeliverable emails. If this is your case, you can disable this function
by deleting the MailboxForUndeliverableMail registry key. This key is under:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SmallBusinessServer\Network\POP3
Connector
If this is not your case, please help me collect the following information
to get a clear picture of the problem:
1. Are you using POP3 connector to receive emails?
2. Are those emails from internal or external? If you send internal emails,
will the email go to the administrator's mailbox without NDR?
