RE: 0x80072030 error when running ICW

Hello again

I tried the idea that you suggested and as it turns out there is already an
email account associated with the administrator account. running the wizard
as you suggested gave no additional option for adding an administrator
account and anything simular. I decided to install the Server service pack2
and the small business service pack two and after installing the server
service pack and was trying to install the sbs service pack and it indicated
that I needed to run the exchange service pack first. I tried to run the
exchange service pack and got back an error that exchange was not loaded.
However it is loaded. I am going to reinstall exchange and then the service
pack for exchange then the sbs service pack then run the ICW and see if it
will complete. Can you think of any additional items that I should try
besides the ones that I have listed?

Thanks
