RE: Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipie

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

Hi Ian,

Thank you for your update.

For Question 6: as you mentioned, the AllanHogan@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
is set to primary, please perform the following steps to add the SMTP
address @bigpond.com into the Recipient Policy:

1) Open the Exchange System Manager console, go to Recipients -> Recipient
policies, right-click the Default Policy and select Properties.

2) Click E-Mail Addresses (Policy) tab, click New, select SMTP Address and
click OK, input @bigpond.com in the Address box, and then uncheck the 'This
Exchange Organization is responsible for all mail delivery to this address'
check box, then click Apply, click OK.

3) Check the SMTP address @bigpond.com check box, and then click Set as
Primary button, click Apply, then click OK.

4) Right-click the Default Policy and select Apply this policy now.

5) Check if the issue can be reproduced.

I appreciate your time and cooperation. If anything is unclear, please feel
free to let me know. I am looking forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,

Nathan Liu (MSFT)
