I have experienced similar problems. Are the clients running Windows XP?
If so, clear the cached passwords by going into control panel and then user
accounts, Click on the Advanced tab, and then click on the manage passwords
button. Delete any cached passwords that point to the domain.
Also reset the user passwords in Active Directory. Get the users to log on
and see if that sorts it out. If it does, get the users too immediately to
change their passwords.
