Hi Neil,
Thanks for posting here!
Regarding to the Error 0x80072030 returned from call to GetBOConnector()
when you run CEICW
I. The error may occur because the Administrator account does not have an
associated mailbox. To resolve the issue, create a mailbox for the
Administrator account. To do so:
1. Click Start, click Run, type "dsa.msc" and press ENTER.
2. Expand your domain, click Users.
3. In the right pane, right-click Administrator and click Exchange Tasks....
4. Select Create Mailbox and click Next. Follow the instructions to finish.
5. Rerun CEICW. Does it run successfully this time?
II. Please double check the DNS server run and configured properly. And
please refer to the following Knowledge Base article for more information
about CEICW:

If the issue persists, please help get the following information for
analysis:
1. The icwlog.txt file in the "%Program Files%\Microsoft Windows Small
Business Server\Support" folder.
2. The icwdetails*.htm in the "%Program files%\Microsoft Windows Small
Business Server\Networking\ICW\" folder.
3. Can you find any error event log in Event Viewer? If yes, please paste
the detail error information in the newsgroup. And also you can save a text
copy of the Application/ System log and send to me:
