0x80072030 error when running ICW

Greetings

I am getting three errors in while running the ICW to setup exchange.
attached is the tail end of the icwlog.txt file.

calling GetDomainAndControllerNames ().
Call to GetDomainAndControllerNames () returned ok.
calling GetOrganizationName (\\SBIOFOG-ATL01.BioFog.local,
DC=BioFog,DC=local).
Call to GetOrganizationName () returned ok.
calling GetFirstAdministrativeGroup (\\SBIOFOG-ATL01.BioFog.local,
DC=BioFog,DC=local, BIOFOG).
Call to GetFirstAdministrativeGroup () returned ok.
calling GetFirstRoutingGroup (\\SBIOFOG-ATL01.BioFog.local,
DC=BioFog,DC=local, BIOFOG, first administrative group).
Call to GetFirstRoutingGroup () returned ok.
Error 0x80072030 returned from call to SetCookieAuthentication().
Error 0x80072030 returned from call to CEMailCommit::Commit().
calling GetBOConnector ().
Error 0x80072030 returned from call to GetBOConnector().

checking this newsgroup, i tried the following, I registered the secatts.dll
file and checked to make sure the computer name and domain name were correct,
also made sure the DNS was set correctly. Any help with this would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks
