RE: Shared Fax shows more jobs than what is there

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Crina,

Thank you for your reply. Please explain how to attach a file to the
newsgroup and I'll do that immediately.

You had asked what I meant when I said I went into 'Printers and Faxes' and
the Fax shows that 12 jobs are there. I meant that I click on 'Start' and
then 'Printers and Faxes'. This page shows all the printers. This page also
shows how many print jobs are currently queued on each printer. The Fax
shows that 12 jobs are queued when there are not 12 jobs waiting to print.

If I double click on the Fax shown in the 'Printers and Faxes' page then it
takes me into the 'Fax Console'. Once I'm in the 'Fax Console' I can click
on Incoming, Inbox, Outbox, or Sent Items. If I click on Outbox and show the
fax jobs that are queued to print I only see three.

My question is why does the 'Printers and Faxes' page show that 12 jobs are
scheduled to print on the Fax when the 'Fax Console' shows that only 3 jobs
are queued to print?
