No, I understand. I have a feeling the WINS issue will persist after the
reboot, though I hope not. I'll let you know. Odd how your post suggested
changing the currentcontrolset001 reg entries and flipping the values.
Isn't that a backup set of entires from last known good boot.
I'd love the technical reasoning behind this if you have it.
