Re: Cannot run wizards after SBS SP1 install

Hi Steve,

Thanks for your update!

For your symptom, the issue should be caused by not apply SBS 2003 SP1
successfully.

I suggest that you reapply the SBS 2003 SP1 (not the whole Service Pack,
only the last part-SBS 2003 SP1) to the server box and try to test and see
if the issue is fixed.

It is greatly recommended that you visit the following link to get some
information about SBS Service Pack:
http://www.smallbizserver.net/Default.aspx?tabid=236

If the issue persists, please help me collect some information to further
analyze the issue:

1. add_user_wizard.log at C:\Program Files\Microsoft Windows Small Business
Server\Support

2. Please check Event Viewer to find if there is any error logged. If yes,
please paste the accurate error information.

3. Please help me capture some screen shot of error messages when you run
those problematic wizards and send it to my mailbox.

I appreciate your time and efforts to perform test. I am currently standing
by for your reply!

Have a nice day!

Best Regards,

Jenny Wu
