RE: ActiveSync Error with SBS2003 and ISA2004

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Hi Isis,

Thanks for your update.

To check if the proxy server is used for connection:

On the PPC, click start -> settings, on the connections tab, open
connections, in the proxy settings tab, check if the option of using proxy
server is selected. If the proxy serve is selected, please uncheck it.

To configure the SBS internal IP address on the Pocket PC for Activesync:

Open PPC, click start -> Activesync, click tools -> options, on the server
tab, in the "use this server" field, fill in the IP address of SBS server
internal NIC

Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions or if you need
further assistance. I'm glad to be of service.

Best regards,

Jerry Zhao (MSFT)
