Re: BCC Addresses Revealed to Recipients

My understanding this is possible with some IMAP clients yes.

From a computer forensics standpoint tis way more secure to resend the sent mail to those you wanted to bcc.

Hello Everybody,

A customer using SBS2k3SP1 Premium has complained that some email recipients can see BCC addresses sent from Outlook2k3 through Exchange 2003 SP1. He's not using encryption (http://crypto.stanford.edu/~dabo/abstracts/bcc.html), but I came across this other article: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;895588&sd=rss&spid=1773
Has anyone else encountered this problem. I don't have more specific details on what Mail Client Program the recipient was using...
Your input is much appreciated.
