APC PBE SERVER Service (v7.x) fails to autostart after SBS 2k3 sp1 install

Also the APC PBE Alert Manager fails to autostart.. However I can manually
start these services . The APC Business Edition is v7. Not sure if it's
7.04, (Installed/Download in April/May 2k5).

Any Ideas..

BTW- It did start prior to SP1.

I did find a possible similar issue here- but it looks like a down web page
