Thanks for your update! I am glad to know that things are getting well now
in your end. I appreciate your time and efforts to the issue.

In SBS environment, when you setup shared fax services by SBS integration
setup, you can share the modem of the server to send fax. If you want to
setup shared fax, the modem must be installed on SBS server not on any
client workstations. Also you can install fax in client workstation if it
has modem, but it can not be configured to shared fax.

To the problematic workstation issue, we need to install the Shared Fax
client application on it since it haven't be installed on it and so you can
not use shared fax resource. When we apply the Shared Fax client
applications to workstations, the launcher will detect if there is fax is
installed on the box. If yes, the launcher will be exit silence. If not the
setup process will be continued. You can install the shared fax client
application manually using domain user permissions. You can run the
application in the server box in: C:\ClientApps\FaxXP\I386

Try to test, does it be fixed?
