Thanks for posting here!
For your description, I understand that you failed upgrade SBS 2000 to SBS
2003. If I am off base, please don't hesitate to let me know.
Would you tell me what documents you followed to do upgrade? I don't know
which step you said. Please kindly paste the steps in the newsgroup in
order to troubleshoot the issue.
Generally we use the following Microsoft white paper to upgrade SBS 2000 to
SBS 2003, it is greatly suggested that you follow the article to complete
it.
