Outlook web access. Read mail

Dear Freinds. I have a problem:
Logging in to Outlook Web Access is no problem but to actually open up the
mail in its own window is a problem. Header comes OK but the text is gone.
Please advise me.
The only info I can provide besides updates ok is that the zone info in the
right down cornet changes to unknown zone (mixed) (translation from swedish)
