RE: Service Pack 1 Issues

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Hi Kees,

Thanks for your post.

The newsgroups are not intended for business critical support that demands
a quick turnaround time. We respond as quickly as possible, but it may not
always be fast consistently enough to meet your needs. A suggestion would
be to contact Microsoft Product Support Services via telephone so that a
dedicated Support Professional can assist with your request.

Please be advised that contacting phone support will be a charged call.
However, if you are simply requesting a hotfix be sent to you and no other
support then charges are usually refunded or waived.

To obtain the phone numbers for specific technology request please take a
look at the web site listed below.

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=fh;EN-US;PHONENUMBERS

If you are outside the US please see http://support.microsoft.com for
regional support phone numbers.

Moreover, your issue may no be the same with the scenario in the original
post, so I would suggest that you open a new post for this issue and we
will be very glad to work with you.

Meanwhile, I would like to suggest that you check the following KB to see
if it helps:

"The local policy of this system does not permit you to logon
interactively" error message when you try to log on to a computer that is
running Windows Small Business Server 2003 by using an Administrator account

Thanks for your understanding.

Best regards,

Jerry Zhao (MSFT)
