Hi Rob,
Thank you for your update. I'm glad to hear that things are working
correctly for you now.
Additionally, please understand when we run the CEICW, if you type your
registered e-mail Internet domain name (FQDN), such as microsoft.com, in
the E-mail Domain Name page, it will add the @microsoft.com SMTP address in
the Recipient Policies, and set this address as Primary. Therefore, all
users' email addresses will be changed.
