I understand that you want to know the best way to restore your SBS 2003
after the system drive upgrade.

Generally speaking, we recommend use backup and restore to do the disaster
recover after you upgrade the system driver, however you can use some third
party tools such PQ magic, but we could not guarantee the performance. For
your convenience, I would like to give you some article that can help you
perform the backup and restore for your SBS 2003 after a system upgrade:
As you only change the hard drive of your SBS 2003, you can restore it via
