No incoming SMTP mail

I built a new server with the same domain name as the old one. This new SBS
2003 server has ISA 2000 running. Everything but receiving mail works. I
used dynamic dns, with Direct Update, and I Can access the server remotely
with RWW or with RDC and pull up the OWA page as well. Sending is not a
problem, but after 72 hours, I get this delayed message notification below.
I have port 25 on my router set to forward to my server's external IP of
192.168.0.5. Please see my IPCONFIG below as well.

Any ideas?
