Setting up (secure) IMAP

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Hi, trying to setup IMAP (secure) for users that have mobile SPV M2000's for
external use.

I've enabled the IMAP service in Exchange.
I've opened the Ports 143 & 993 (in/outbound) in ISA Protocol Rules.
I've checked that the users have IMAP Protocol enabled, as they can connect
within the LAN.

But can't get (any) external users to connect. Any pointers would be
gratefully received.
