RE: Server Error in '/' Application

Hello Branford,

Thank you for posting back!

I understand that you have installed a server and it also has the same
issue. Please understand that we need to troubleshoot the server and issue
one by one.

Please understand that the information I required is very important for us
to troubleshoot your issue. We cannot perform any research without accurate
error information. I am greatly appreicated if you could us to gather the
following information:

1. What is the exact error message shown to you? Please copy and paste the
full content of the error message to the Newsgroup. You can capture a
screen shot for this issue.

2. Open IE -> Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced -> Uncheck the box Show
Friendly HTTP Error Messages. Reproduce the issue, copy and paste the full
content to the Newsgroup.

3. Have you tried the steps in the KB 823379 in my last reply? Does it
work?

4. Please help to gather the following error information (1, 2 and 3) in my
previous reply.

I am greatly appreciated your time and co-operation, and am looking forward
to hearing from you!

Best regards,

Brandy Nee
