Hi Siv,
How are you doing? Do you have chance to try my suggestion and get the
issue resolved?
What is more, I would like suggest that you perform further test to isolate
the issue:
1. Please connect the user notebook directly to the internet without
router, how about the result? If it work, that indicates incorrect router
configuration.
2. Please move the notebook to another place and connect to internet and
try to access RWW sites. How about the result?
3. Please try to logon to domain in the notebook using the user account,
try to test, how about the result?
4. Please try to logon to local in the notebook, try to test, how about the
result?
