server usage and perfermance reports

How's Life?

I currently have servers that email me usage and performance reports every
day using different from, subject and title.

Example:
From: Company Name [administrator@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx]
Subject: Server Usage Report - ServerName
Title: Extended Server Usage Report for ServerName

and

From: ServerName [administrator@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx]
Subject: Server Usage Report - ServerName
Title: Extended Server Usage Report for ServerName

and

From: ServerName [administrator@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx]
Subject: Server Usage Report - ServerName
Title: Extended Server Usage Report for Company Name

and one (was a sbs2k upgraded to sbs2k3)

From: Administrator [administrator@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx]
Subject: Server Usage Report - ServerName
Title: Extended Server Usage Report for Company Name

Only thing consistant is the subject. How can I get the reports to come
from the company name for sorting? Make the all the same from and title?
