Thanks for updates.
It seems I did not describe the issue clear, I do suggest you apply the
hotfix 829358, it is important to SQL security, if you want to get rid of
the problem, it is your best interest to follow my suggestion to remove it
from system tray.
Thanks for understanding, as if you remove it from system tray it will not
impact any feature of SBS 2003.
