Full name changes to Username and some open files lose connection

Have: XP PRO sp2, SBS 2003 SP1 (all updates current). There is only one
client and one server in this setup.

The user profile was upgraded using the builtin web based SBS connection
wizard thing.

There are ZERO problems with anything except one thing. After the computer
has been sitting for a longish period of time, SOMETIMES, the username at
the top of the XP start menu changes from the full name of the user to just
the login name of the user.

Once the username changes, Exchange will only pickup mail if I hit
send/receive and Quickbooks will report that it's file has been
disconnected - but only if I try to close QuickBooks. HOWEVER, I can still
use mapped drives, browse the network, etc, and if I reopen QB it works no
problem.

I've been working on SBS servers a long time, and I've never seen anything
quite like it.

Hopefully one of you hase seen it before and knows what to do.
