Thank you for posting here! Also, many thanks for Andy's great input.
I assume that RRAS is utilized as the basic firewall since you are using
SBS Standard Edition. Based on my experience, you can perform the following
steps to do so:
1. Open 'Server Management', navigate to 'To Do List' and click 'Connect to
the Internet'. Re-run CEICW and when you configure the firewall options,
select 'Enable Firewall', click add button, input a service name and select
TCP, fill in port 5900, inbound. Follow the instruction finish the wizard.
(Step 1 can also be configured in RRAS console)
2. Open the RRAS console from administrative tools -> Routing and remote
access, expand IP routing, select NAT/basic firewall, right click on
Network connection in the right frame, select properties, on the services
and ports tab, select the service that you just add in the CEICW, click
edit, change the private address to the internal IP address to which you
want to forward the port 5900.
