Read the information here and you should be very well prepared on doing the
upgrade. http://www.smallbizserver.net/Default.aspx?tabid=236 There are
vendor specific tips on the very first page about half way down that will
help with your specific Dell server and the other hardware and software that
you have.....such as if you have OpenManage software installed. There is a
lot of reading but it is well worth it. I am very glad I took the time to
read and follow the tips and had no issues with my Dell upgrade.
