RE: microsoft fax e-mail routing of incoming faxes

But I have been using the SBS wizards to change the users and all the
permisions and properties are correct. I have not changed any of the systems
setting since the server was setup. I was just resently that, any change to
the original users or any new users can not get fax notification of the
recieved faxes and now I am getting new users cannot get the notification of
the sent mail. Same error different problem.

All the steps you talked about, I have done over and over. I appears to be
that exchange is blocking fax mail for the internal network. And it appears
to have happened after one of the security update or service packs.
