Well I'm kind of unclear what he wants?
If the Linux has SMTP why not just have it send the email directly to the
user?
The way he's talking is that it sounds like he wants the SBS to act as an
Open Relay?
(Which default it's turned off for obvious reasons.)

ISA is the gate keeper for all things coming into the lan or trying to leave

I have an application that is running on a linux server within my lan.
I need to send smtp mail from this application to my sbs2003 server.
what settings do I need to do this and also is there anything that I need to
do in isa 2004 to show 1 internal server is communicating via smtp to
another?
