Will ISA 2000 break RWW & OWA?

Ok, we did a fresh install of SBS 2003 after the failed one by a prior
consultant. :((( One of the issues involved the security certificate
not passing through ISA correctly as I understand it. We have not yet
installed ISA 2000 and are nervous about doing it.
Here's what we have for setup:
DSL router => Linksys RV042 router => External Nic
Thus a dual firewall. The RV042 also has a WAP plugged into it.
The server has dual NICs.
Right now RWW & OWA both work. Wow, way cool! I love it!

Ok, here's the question: When we install ISA 2000, will it break RWW &
OWA?
Should we do ISA 2004 with SP4 instead?
Where is a link about relevant issues?

As always, thanks so much.
