RE: games on XP client running 2003 server (UT2004)

Hello GamesandSBS2003,

Thank you for posting back!

I understand that you do not have ISA server installed, and you can ping to
the game server from client workstation.

In order to isolate the issue, I need your help to perform the following
steps:

1. Can you play the game on the server or another client workstation?

2. I understand you network topology is:

{Client} {NIC1} {SBS} {NIC2} {Router} {Internet}

Can you play the game on a client workstation if you bypass the router?

3. Could you play the game before? If yes, I need to know when the issue
happened. Did you perform any updates or changes on the client workstation?

4. Please contact the Game Server to gain what Protocol and Ports this game
uses, and check whether the ports are opened on your router.

I am appreciated your time and co-operation, and looking forward to your
reply!

Best regards,

Brandy Nee
