OMA: users get error, but admin can use just fine

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

I am supporting a company running SBS 2003 with Exchange 2003 updated to SP1.
They have been running for a long time using Outlook Web Access with good
results. Recently, one of their users got a Windows Mobile ("pocketpc") unit
that has a phone in it. He can connect to the web and use it fine.

OWA is a bit "big" (putting it mildly) for PocketPCs and we're trying to get
him working with the OMA site, which is much better for these tiny screens.
However, I'm coming across a glitch that I don't know how to resolve. I
believe I've set up OMA correctly (First Organization\Global Settings\Mobile
Services has all the checkboxes on), this user is enabled for mobile access
(user properties "Exchange Features" tab shows everything enabled down the
line). However, when I attempt to access https://[server]/oma (using either
a PocketPC or the server's browser) I get a message immediately after
authenticating: "Item no longer exists. The item you are attempting to
access may have been deleted or moved."

The funny thing is that if I authenticate as the administrator user, I am
allowed in to OMA and can utilize it as designed. Only our "users" get the
error. Any particular rights needed for users to use this (other than to
have the features enabled and be in the "Mobile Users" security group)?

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
