In the properties of the DL (in AD Users and Computers), there's a setting
for "Accept messages from...."
This is a management issue where, IMO you need a written policy about using
the corporate e-mail system for non-work messages. Think about a joke that
goes out to a dozen people who each take 10 minutes reading and laughing
about it - you paid two person-hours for that joke. That's not to mention
the possibility of spam, virus or trojan activity that could come in from a
forwarded message.
