Can't Add Client Comptuer

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

I have been trying for two days to get this to work and I am about to go mad!!!

When I try to add my computer via http://server name/ConnectComputer the
wizard runs, I go through the nearly the whole thing and at the part where I
think I restart should happen I get the following 'error'

"An error occured when configuring networking settings. See your network
administrator.

Connect to the network now"

But that is it, pretty much nothing I can work with.

Here is the break down.

Client Computer:
Windows XP Media Center
IP: 192.168.16.149
Gateway: 192.168.16.1 (A router I will define later)
DNS: 192.168.16.2

SBS Computer: (single NIC)
IP: 192.168.16.2
Gateway: 192.168.16.1
DNS: 192.168.16.2

Airlink 101
DHCP Off
IP: 192.168.16.1 (Static)

I have added the various server names and IPs to the Local Internet site in
IE.
I have run the add user/computer on the SBS 'To Do' List.

Here is my NetSetup log info;
08/25 09:33:58
-----------------------------------------------------------------
08/25 09:33:58 NetpDoDomainJoin
08/25 09:33:58 NetpDoDomainJoin: status: 0x32

Now for a couple 'stupid' questions...

Does the client computer name and user name have to match the user/computer
name you set up in SBS before hand? I think I tried that to no avail as well.

At this point I feel like I am going in circles and would really appreciate
some fresh eyes and minds.

Thanks.
