Cannot run wizards after SBS SP1 install

Hi,

I installed SP1 for SBS 2003 Standard, and all seemed to go well,
except that many of the wizards in Server Management now don't work.
When trying to add a user, the error is "Unable to run the Add User
Wizard. Some required files are missing or cannot be located."

The Add License wizard has a better error message, which is "...verify
the C:\Program Files\Windows for Small Business
Server\Administration\wizchain.dll is available...". The file is there,
and I tried to reregister it using regsvr32 based on other comments in
this forum, but when trying that I get this error:
DllRegisterServer in wizchain.dll failed.
Return code was: 0x80020009

I have not yet tried reinstalling the service pack. Any other ideas?

TIA

Steve
