You do have the SQL Server service running under the same account too, right?

Running SQL Server Agent alone using a domain account is not enough. Both SQL Server *and* SQL Server Agent must be running under the same domain account.

The profile name is short and simple too, I hope (there are limits on profile name length for SQL Server Agent - slightly tighter than normal profile name rules for some reason).
