SBS2003 with Windows 2003 Network design

I have an existing Windows 2003 Server network with 2 network cards - one for
internet and one for the local network. I am about to install a second
server to provide a terminal service to external users. May questions are:-
1. Do I attache the Terminal Server to the external or internal network or
both via 2 network cards?
2. How do I organise it so that I can still have remote access to the SBS
Server while TS Users are directed to the Terminal Server?
Thoughts or redirection to setup guides would be appreciated.
